By using Yapay Kabin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Yapay Kabin is a virtual try-on application that uses artificial intelligence to generate images showing how outfits may look on you. Results are approximate outputs produced by AI and may not fully reflect real-world appearance.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with a Google or Apple account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the service
• Distribute AI-generated results for unauthorized commercial purposes

5. Subscriptions

Free users have a limited number of daily try-ons. Premium subscriptions offer additional features and higher limits. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms.

6. Intellectual Property

AI-generated try-on results are provided for your personal use. The Yapay Kabin brand, logo, and service technology are owned by Yapay Kabin.

7. Limitation of Liability

Yapay Kabin is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of AI-generated images or from service interruptions.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
